Attention Deficit (Hyperactivity) Disorder

ADHD is one of the most common neurological and behavioral conditions affecting both children and adults.

It is characterized by three main symptoms:

  • Hyperactivity (excessive urge to move)
  • Inattentiveness (difficulty focusing or maintaining attention)
  • Impulsivity (acting without considering consequences)

ADHD is estimated to affect around 3–6% of children and often continues into adulthood.
It is frequently linked with other conditions such as anxiety, mood imbalances, or learning difficulties.
Understanding and addressing the root causes including lifestyle, nutrition, and environmental factors can significantly improve focus, emotional stability, and overall well-being.

Our treatment approach

ADHD patients often show a typical pattern of shortages of specific micro-nutrients (vitamins as well as minerals and fatty acids). We determine and treat these shortages as well as the underlying root cause. The diagnosis and therapy is partially dependent on the age of the patient. We have treatment possibilities for younger children and also for adults with this complex of symptoms.

Individual diagnostics

  • Analysis of the autonomic nervous system
  • Genetic analysis of detoxification enzymes
  • Examination of toxic loads
  • Analysis of interference fields
  • Micronutrient and immune status

Holistic therapy

  • Detoxification and metabolic regulation
  • Micronutrient therapy (vitamins, minerals, fatty acids)
  • Regeneration of the nervous system
  • Dietary change to stabilize the microbiome

A targeted diet can significantly reduce the symptoms and, in combination with our biological treatment concepts, lasting therapeutic success can be achieved.
